During this time period, our engineering team will be performing updates to the certificate used for signing and encrypting SAML requests and responses. If the Identity Provider (IdP) stores metadata manually, the reseller will need to update their configuration to use the new certificate. For customers whose IdPs fetch metadata dynamically from our URL, no action is required. While we aim to minimize disruption, short-term packet loss, increased latency, or minor interruptions may be expected during this time. We undertake these measures to enhance the overall reliability and security of the service.
