We would like to inform you that due to a general issue https://status.gcore.com/incidents/3jrh6jm9f15z, statistical data on the number of minutes of live steam transcoding was lost. No other data was affected, such as data on the number of views, and VOD transcoding.
The statistics do not contain data about live streams transcoding from 28.03 15:00 UTC to 02.04 06:30.
The error is due to incorrect restoration of the database of the livestream monitoring service. The monitoring system has already been reconfigured to prevent this from happening again in the future.
