When trying to add new hardware resources for transcoding, hardware and software outplayed themselves with access rights, so we had to spend time analyzing the situation. It's all ok now.

We are currently experiencing performance's partial outage.
Sometime path to screenshots from API methods is broken. Instead of image you can get 404. Only the rule of distribution of screenshots is broken. The screenshots themselves are generated and saved, not a single screenshot was harmed.
During this time, service may be partially unavailable for users. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will share an update once we have more information.
