    We've identified the cause of the issue affecting the Control Plane. Existing instances continue to run normally; management operations (create/start/stop/resize) may be impacted. Our team is implementing a fix. Updates to follow.

    We are currently experiencing a partial outage affecting the Control Plane for Virtual Instances in ED-16, Luxembourg-2. Customers may be unable to perform management actions (create, start, stop, resize, etc.) on Virtual Instances. All existing Virtual Instances remain up and running, and no data or running workloads are affected.

    Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on a resolution. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
