    We would like to inform you that between 11:00 - 11:10 UTC 25/March/2026, our engineers observed a Major outage in our Cloud service and Colocation in Manassas location . However, our team took swift action to resolve the issue, and we are pleased to confirm that the Major Impact issue is now resolved.
