We are pleased to inform you that our engineering team has successfully rerouted the traffic back to Johannesburg. However, we are still closely monitoring the situation to ensure stable performance. Cloud services may still experience packet loss due to the upstream provider issue.

We will provide you with an update as soon as we have confirmed that everything is completely resolved with Cloud.

The issue is caused by a fiber cut affecting our upstream providers. We have been informed that the providers are aware of the situation and are already working on a resolution. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.
